1. Services & Engagement

Skydeity provides specialized video marketing, motion graphics, branding, and digital creative services. All specific project deliverables, timelines, milestone commitments, and pricing structures will be defined in written agreements, proposals, or statements of work before project initiation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights for all approved, final deliverables created specifically for their project. Skydeity reserves the right to showcase non-confidential project deliverables in agency portfolios, case studies, and promotional channels unless explicitly prohibited in writing by an NDA.

3. Revisions & Approvals

We pride ourselves on transparent communication and offer managed revision cycles as outlined in your project proposal. Revisions beyond the originally agreed scope or after final sign-off may be subject to additional estimates and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before production commences, with balance payments due upon milestone completion or final delivery. Invoices are payable via our designated payment methods within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Skydeity strives for creative and technical excellence, but will not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our deliverables or delay caused by third-party platforms or unforeseen technical outages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
